RefinedVanilla is a semi-anarchy survival server that refuses to choose between an authentic vanilla feel and a server that actually runs well. We solved it by writing our own software.

A1A multithreaded Fabric fork we maintain ourselves.
Vanilla Minecraft runs nearly everything on a single thread. When one player fires a 200-block TNT array, every other player feels the lag. Ruthenium is our answer: a Fabric-based fork that parallelizes the heavy work - chunk generation, entity ticking and explosion math - across multiple cores.
The result is a server that holds a steady 20 ticks per second through the kind of contraptions and chaos that flatten an ordinary host. We track the latest game versions closely, so the world stays current as Mojang ships updates.
True vanilla mechanics
Recipes, mob behavior, redstone timing and drop rates match singleplayer exactly. Nothing on the server rewrites how the game works, so what you learn here works everywhere.
Semi-anarchy, not lawless
Raiding, griefing the open world and PvP are part of the world. A short rulebook keeps it playable: no hacked clients, no impersonation, no illegal content. Everything else is fair game.
Performance as a feature
Most servers slow to a crawl when a TNT cannon fires or a giant farm ticks. Ruthenium spreads that work across CPU cores so the tick rate holds, even under heavy load.
